Return & Refund Policy

At Befaltu, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 5 days of delivery. If 5 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned with original packaging and tags (if any).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation email).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care

4. How to Request a Return

To start the return process:

  • Email us at iambefaltu@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect).

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at iambefaltu@gmail.com.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Then contact your bank.
